Every interaction you have with me will exude professionalism, encompassing everything from timely appointment management to maintaining appropriate boundaries.  I will only ever practise within the limits of my own competence and in accordance with the law.

CONFIDENTIALITY

There may be a requirement for you to share personal health information or other personal details during your session.  I will uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring that your medical or personal details are never disclosed to anyone else.

RESPECT

I believe that every client deserves unwavering respect during a massage session: this involves honouring your boundaries, recognising your unique needs and offering my services without any form of discrimination.  If my service is not a right fit for you, I will help you by referring you to a therapist who may be a better fit.

INFORMED CONSENT

You will always be informed about the techniques and modalities that will be used during your session and your consent includes any potential risks. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

I maintain the highest level of health and hygiene throughout my practice.
